The 2011 Kawasaki W800 could be on the way to the United States.  Looks like an awesome replacement for the W650.

My 1972 Yamaha XS650.  This bike is running great after rebuilding the carbs, air filters, front brakes, oil change and changing the spark plugs.

Yamaha XS-V1 Sakura

Yamaha released this image of the XS-V1 Sakura, which it is calling a prototype (rather than a pure concept).  This is a V-twin sport model with a look of “Japanese style” in the image of Yamaha’s first 4-stroke model, the XS-1 (650cc), released in 1970. Its design is full of XS-1 DNA, in its simplicity and functional beauty and finds new refinement in a retro-modern aesthetic. It is a model that proposes a very Yamaha and very Japanese vision of premium motorcycling life, bringing together the unique characteristics of a 1,000cc air-cooled, V-twin model with its strong pulse feeling and easy-going running performance in a finely crafted body that is lightweight and slim and defined by a low seat height.

1965 Honda CB77 Superhawk

Almost had my hands on a 1965 Honda Superhawk.  I love the looks of these old bikes.  Guess I'll keep looking.

Mac Motorcycles

The Spud from British Mac Motorcycles.  Powered by the Buell single cylinder air cooled 492cc 5 speed engine.  I love the simplicity of the single cylinder design.

1972 Triumph T100R Daytona Restoration

I finally finished my two year restoration project on my 1972 Triumph T100R Daytona.

 

The Paint turned out better than expected and so far it rides pretty good.  The clutch and gears are pretty choppy and the back brake needs some adjustments, but otherwise, I'm very happy with the restoration.  Still working on fine tuning the carburetors and trying to sync the dual carbs.
